That idea grew into an independent Volkswagen specialist in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3. Our team brings more than 15 years of hands-on workshop experience. Over that time, we have repaired more than 50,000 cars.

We are not a dealer, and we are not linked to the car maker. That freedom lets us give honest advice. If a part can be repaired instead of replaced, we tell you. If a job can wait until your next service, we tell you that too.

Volkswagen Know-How From Golf to Touareg

Every Volkswagen has its own habits. Knowing them saves you time and money.

Golf, GTI and Golf R.

These hatchbacks are loved daily drivers. We look after their TSI engines and their wet and dry clutch DSG gearboxes. On the R, we also care for the 4MOTION all-wheel-drive system.
Jetta, Passat and Arteon.

These are popular with commuters and company drivers. We focus on smooth gearbox shifts and quiet suspension. We also keep cabins cool in August traffic.
T-Roc, Tiguan and Teramont.

Systems We Know Well

DSG gearboxes. Regular gearbox servicing keeps shifts smooth. We read mechatronic data before deciding on any repair.
TSI engines. We check for water pump and thermostat housing leaks. We also look for timing chain wear and carbon build-up on intake valves.
4MOTION. The all-wheel-drive coupling needs its own fluid service. Skipping it can cause noises and costly wear.
ODIS diagnostics. Our dealer-level diagnostic software reads faults, runs tests and codes new parts correctly.

Summer here is hard on any car. Batteries age faster. AC compressors run nonstop. Coolant hoses and rubber bushings dry out. Slow traffic makes DSG gearboxes run hotter than open roads do. We check all of this during routine visits. That way, small issues get fixed before they leave you stranded.

Are you an official Volkswagen dealer?

No. We are an independent Volkswagen specialist workshop with no link to the car maker. We still use dealer-level diagnostic tools and follow manufacturer specifications on every job we take on.

Will you push extra repairs during my service?

No. We tell you what is urgent, what can wait and what is fine. You approve every job, and we always contact you before doing any extra work on your car.

Can I choose between genuine and OEM-quality parts?

Yes. Your quote can show both options where they exist. You choose the grade that fits your car and your budget, and we fit exactly the parts you approved.

Do you work on electric models like the ID.4?

Yes. We service the ID.4 and ID.6, including brakes, tyres, filters, the 12V battery and thermal checks. Our technicians follow high-voltage safety procedures on every electric car.

Can you pick up my car from my home or workplace?

Yes. Our driver can collect your car anywhere from Dubai Marina to Mirdif. Tell us where and when through the form or by email, and we will bring it back after the work.

How do the prepaid service contracts work?

You pay once for a set number of minor and major services within a set mileage. Bronze, Silver and Gold plans are available, and none of them require an annual commitment.
